On November 28, 2007, Liqui-Box Canada Inc. ("Liqui-Box"), a subsidiary of E.I. du Pont Canada Company, finalized the sale of its performance films business segment to Exopack Performance Films Inc., an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. This sale included the Dartek and Sclairfilm portfolio of films and Liqui-Box's former Whitby, Ontario facility.
