Advance Forklift sold to TVH

On June 12, 2008 privately-owned and operated TVH Forklifts Parts NV (TVH), the parent company of Systems Material Handling Co. (SMH), acquired Advance Forklift Parts & Sales Inc.'s operations in British Columbia and Ontario. This acquisition will augment the material handling offerings of Systems Material Handling in North America and especially in Canada. TVH Forklifts Parts NV (TVH) is the leading distributor of after-market parts and supplies for the material handling industry. Advance Forklift and its principals were advised in this transaction by a team from Fasken Martineau led by Gary Ott and that included Sara Mamoser and Allison MacInnis.
