Health Authority acquires and outsources health services function valued over C$200 million

In early 2009, a health authority assumed governance, funding and the subsequent outsourcing of a critical health services function with a value in excess of CDN $200 million. The transaction also included the acquisition of health services operations from providers totalling an enterprise value of more than of CDN $90 million.
