Glendale International files for bankruptcy protection and Ernst & Young is made trustee

On January 19, 2010, Ernst & Young was appointed trustee of the estate of Glendale International Corp., a Canadian RV manufacturer. Ernst & Young's mandate is to realize upon the assets of Glendale in an orderly manner and thereafter distribute the proceeds of realization to Glendale's creditors. Fasken Martineau is advising Ernst & Young in these ongoing proceedings with a team led by Aubrey Kauffman and including, among others, Conor O'Neill and Kevin Holbeche.
