AECOM completes cross-border acquisition of RSW

On November 29, 2010, AECOM (NYSE: ACM) completed its acquisition of RSW Inc. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. AECOM is a global provider of professional technical and management support services to a broad range of markets, including transportation, facilities, environmental, energy, water and government. RSW is an international engineering firm based in Montreal, Quebec.RSW's principal shareholders were represented by a team from Fasken Martineau led by Sylvie Bourdeau and Louis Séguin, and including Natasa Karambatsos (corporate), Gilles Carli (tax), Dominique Monet (labour), Jean-Philippe Mikus (intellectual property) and Chloé Archambault (finance).
