Inukshuk purchases radio spectrum in Saskatchewan from YourLink for US$14 million

On November 17, 2010, Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX:VCM) announced that its subsidiary YourLink Inc. had entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of its Saskatchewan 2.5-2.6 GHz spectrum to Inukshuk Wireless Partnership, a partnership of affiliates of Rogers Communications and Bell Canada, for $14 million. The transaction was completed on November 30, 2010. Inukshuk was represented by Fasken Martineau with a team comprised of Stephen Whitehead, Laurence Dunbar and Julia Kennedy from the Ottawa office.
