CTV acquires Toronto radio station from Milestone Group, sells Edmonton and London radio stations to Rogers

On January 31, 2011, CTV Limited acquired the radio station known as CFXJ-FM 93.5FM/ "The Flow" in Toronto, Ontario for $27 million immediately after the completion of the sale of its interest in the radio station CHBN-FM/"The Bounce" in Edmonton, Alberta and in the radio station CHST-FM/"BOB-FM" in London, Ontario to Rogers Broadcasting Limited. CTV Limited was advised in these transactions by an in-house team led by André Serero, Kevin Assaff, Jay Howard and David Bross and by Fasken Martineau with a team led by Roxanne McCormick and comprised of Sean Stevens, Andrew Alleyne, Jessica Catton and Susan Newell, and Paul Casuccio (commodity tax).
