Negotiation of a Lease Agreement in respect of the Anglo Platinum Limited Mogalakwena Mine, Limpopo Province, South Africa

Advising Mapela traditional community with regards to the successful negotiation of a lease agreement, including ensuring its implementation. The finalisation of the lease ensured that money due to client started flowing to the client regarding rental amount and compensation to client’s members.
