Peoplefluent acquires Strategia Communications

In January 2012, Peoplefluent, an American industry leader in talent management solutions, announced its acquisition of Strategia Communications, a privately-held Longueil-based learning management solutions company. Strategia Communications is specialized in the design, development and implementation of innovative Web-based learning, skills and compliance management solutions. The company’s award-winning learning management system, Ed, is used by private and public organizations of every size and industry sector. Strategia Communications was accompanied in this transaction by a team composed of Diane Bertrand, Hilal El Ayoubi, Frédéric Boucher, Jean-Philippe Mikus and Monica Dingle.
