Ultima Foods Inc. v. Canada (Attorney General) T-1931-11 2012 FC 799 (FC)

This was an application for judicial review of a decision by the Minister of International Trade to grant import quota to Chobani a U.S. yogurt manufacturer. While the application was unsuccessful, Chobani subsequently abandoned the Canadian market. The Court dismissed the application. Ultima and Agropur were represented by a team from Fasken Martineau, led by Peter Kirby.
