Retirement Concepts Seniors Services Ltd (Retirement Concepts) purchased two care homes located in White Rock, BC and arranged related financing. Retirement Concepts is a family-owned and operated Canadian company with 19 retirement communities and homes across BC. Fasken Martineau represented Retirement Concepts with a team that included Andrew Jackson and Nicholas Roos (banking and finance), Sergio Custodio (real estate), and Chris Sharpe (corporate).
