As part of a study being conducted on behalf of Pool énergétique de l’Afrique centrale (PEAC) that was funded by the African Development Bank, Fasken Martineau offers consultation services as part of the completion of a project to connect the power grids between Cameroon and Chad. Fasken Martineau is conducting a study on the legislative and regulatory framework governing the project to connect the power grids of these two countries. The firm is also seeing to the preparation of the interconnection agreements and power purchase and sale agreements. The Fasken Martineau team is led by André Turmel and includes Pierre-Olivier Charlebois, Delphine Pittet and Pierre Trudelle.
