Karam Bayrakal led the business and legal team in negotiations with the vendor, including project implementation, SLA metrics and remedies, issues of personal information, data sovereignty, security and audit protocols, asset transfer, licensing consents and negotiations with third parties, disaster recovery and mitigation, and limits of liability.
