Groupe Bikini Village restructures under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

As part of its restructuring process under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, Groupe Bikini Village Inc. closed the sale of substantially all of its assets to La Vie en Rose Inc. on March 31, 2015. Groupe Bikini Village’s creditors then agreed to compromise their claims under a proposal. Groupe Bikini Village is a public company listed on the TSX which operated more than 50 stores across Canada. Fasken represents the trustee, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., with a team comprised of Luc Morin, Guillaume-Pierre Michaud and Jean-François Perreault.
