Atlas City Developments acquires real property assets from Shouldice Healthcare for C$47.5 million

On February 1, 2016, Atlas City Developments through Atlas Global Healthcare acquired a 22.5 acre parcel of land in Thornhill, Ontario from Shouldice Healthcare valued at C$47.5 million. Atlas Global Healthcare is a Canadian real estate development and consulting company involved in public-private partnerships in the health infrastructure sector. Fasken Martineau advised Atlas City Developments on this acquisition with a team led by Stephen Kerr and Maria Holder, and that included Steve Landry, and Kevin Yip.
