On September 6, Distributel Communications Limited (“Distributel”), a leading Canadian provider of voice and data services, announced its acquisition of Yak Communications from Globalive Capital. Yak Communications will join the Distributel suite of telecom brands which include Acanac, Xinflix, and ThinkTel.
