Participated in defending the interests of a major metallurgical processing company in the context of a long labour dispute. This mandate involved, among other things, constant support for managers, strategic advice and representation before administrative and civil courts.
More specifically, Dominique obtained an important interlocutory injunction order from the Superior Court forcing the Union to limit the exercise of its means of pressure and eventually allowing the company to continue its activities for the duration of the strike.
