Full Swing Golf, based in San Diego, California, is the industry leader in cutting edge sport simulator technology. Visual Sports Systems is a sports simulator manufacturer based in Vaughan, Ontario. Morrison Cohen was U.S. counsel to North Castle Partners and Full Swing Golf. Fasken was Canadian counsel to North Castle Partners and Full Swing Golf with a team that included Stephen Erlichman, Reid Crombie and Ryan Schnier (corporate), Kevin Yip (tax), Christian Paquette (employment) and Rick Johnston (benefits).
