Shane Todd convinced the Federal Court to dismiss an application for review of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal’s decision not to consider a complaints against CPR. Shane convinced the court that the human rights issues were appropriately addressed in a discharge grievance that was dismissed by an arbitrator. Our client was awarded costs.
