On September 21st MultiGas Detection & Instrumentation Services Group Inc (MDIS Group) acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Valley Technologies Ltd. (Valley Tech).
Servicing Western Canada and Southern Ontario, MDIS Group focuses on providing a wide range of detection services, energy conservation tools and preventative maintenance. The acquisition of Valley Tech expands their ability in maintenance of fires, gas, and HVAC services, including the related products and services.
