Distributel Communications Limited acquires Zazeen

On November 1, 2017, Distributel Communications Limited acquired 100% of Zazeen Inc.—the latest in a series of acquisitions as part of Distributel’s expansion strategy. Distributel, a 100% Canadian-owned company with offices across the country, is a national independent telecommunications provider of a wide range of business and residential communications services. With the acquisition of Zazeen Inc., Distributel will continue to offer Zazeen TV to customers and will introduce new features as part of its continuing strategic investment in TV services.
