On November 1st, 2017, Web.com Group Inc. (Nasdaq:WEB) (“Web.com”) completed the cross-border acquisition of Acquisio, a leader in online marketing artificial intelligence. The Florida-based Web.com is a leading global provider of online services required by small and midsized business, including solutions for mobile e-commerce and search engine optimization. The acquisition of Acquisio allows Web.com Group Inc. to expand its suite of artificial intelligence tools supporting small and midsized businesses.
