Fasken has successfully defended the interests of Netricom LP, 7282524 Canada Inc., 7922825 Canada Inc., and François Gaudreau in a proceeding instituted against them by Finaccès Capital Inc. in Superior Court. The dispute concerned the interpretation of pre-contractual communications between certain parties in the file. The case was settled out of court to the satisfaction of the defendants.
