On May 8, 2018, Symbility Solutions (TSX.V: SY) completed its sale of substantially all of the assets of its Symbility Health Division to TELUS Health for aggregate proceeds of approximately C$16.5 million.
Symbility provides insurance claims solutions for the property and casualty industry, and offers mobile and IoT product development strategy, design and engineering to a variety of businesses. TELUS Health is a provider of telehomecare, electronic medical and health records, consumer health, benefits management and pharmacy management.
