Acted for Ministry of Energy and Water of the Republic of Guinea in writing and review of a concession and Power Purchase Agreement with TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group (a Chinese power company)

Fasken provided legal, financial and technical negociation, writing and review of a Power Purchase Agreement and Concession Agreement.

Fasken team implemented the said Agreements to participate in the realization of the institutional scheme and especially the electricity market for the resale of surpluses in the sub-region.
