Orlando Corporation completed sale of property in the City of Mississauga to The Children’s Aid Society of the Region of Peel

In August 2018, Fasken acted for a subsidiary of Orlando Corporation in connection with the sale of property in the City of Mississauga to The Children’s Aid Society of the Region of Peel, and the construction of an approximately 110,000 square foot office building on the property for the Children’s Aid Society. Orlando Corporation was advised by a team comprised of Marty Emmons, Maria Holder and Jennifer Parker.
