The Toronto-Dominion Bank and a syndicate of Lenders are participating in various private equity committed capital call facilities in favour of Northleaf Capital Partners funds. As Northleaf funds have become increasingly sophisticated, so have the related financings. These financings are on the cutting edge of the Canadian lending market in this segment.
