In November 2018, Fasked advised on $105,300,000 loan from National Bank to Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care negotiation of new amended and restated credit agreement, with 5 existing facilities and 2 new facilities, new security against 3650 Bathurst Street (excluding Baycrest Hospital at that address) and 55 Ameer Avenue. 55 Ameer Avenue is an integrated "Living for the Aged" full service facility including the Kimel Family Building, the Posluns Building, the Apotex-Jewish Home for the Aged, the Terraces (retirement home), the Joseph E. and Minnie Wagman Centre and the Esther Exton Child Care Centre. The Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care was advised by a team comprised of Mark Brennan, Lynne Golding and Kelly Yateman.
