Fasken advised on the litigation strategy to resolve a dispute between limited partners holding various residential real estate investments in the Waterloo region of Ontario, involving several deficiencies in the applicable agreement of purchase and sale. The work involved an analysis of legal and business alternatives, and the negotiation and enforcement of a complex settlement agreement, in a short timeframe.
