Fasken advised the lenders to the winning consortium in relation to a new state-of-the-art archival facility in Gatineau, Quebec, which will be the world’s largest that is equipped with an automated storage and retrieval system for archival collections.
Fasken advised the lenders with a team led by Brian Kelsall which included Ella Plotkin, Marc Lefler, Sean Morley and Zackary Burashko.
