Lafarge Canada Inc. acquired the Cardinal Group of Companies (CCL), which includes Cardinal Concrete, Coast Aggregates, and Westland Concrete Pumping. CCL is a ready-mix concrete manufacturer and the acquired business includes two concrete plants, aggregates quarry and concrete pumping business.
Lafarge Canada is a subsidiary of LafargeHolcim, a Swiss multinational that produces cement, aggregates and ready-mix concrete building materials.
