Fasken advises Seven Seven Resource Advisors Limited on the sale to Zamare Minerals Limited of two mining licences within the Republic of Zambia for up to $10 million.
Zamare is a Zambian copper & cobalt exploration company, and the licences complement its existing portfolio of assets within what is considered to be the world’s largest stratigraphic copper/cobalt province.
Seven Seven, as a significant shareholder of Zamare, will work closely with Zamare to develop the licenses.
