This 17,500-square-foot property has a density coefficient that allows it to build up to 180,000 square feet. The Mansfield site is a historic building built in the 1900s, located on Ste-Catherine Street, downtown Montréal and once housed the well-known Loew’s Theatre which hosted live performances and film screenings.
