On November 25, 2019, Fulcrum Management Solutions Ltd. dba Thoughtexchange (“Thoughtexchange”) closed a CAD$20 million preferred equity financing round led by Information Ventures Partners with participation by other major venture capital investors such as Yaletown Partners and Voyager Capital. Thoughtexchange is the creator of a cloud-based SaaS platform that allows leaders to crowdsource answers to open-ended questions in real-time.
