In December 2019, Fasken acted for 1150782 Ontario Inc. in connection with the sale of an 85% interest in the property known as 31 Parliament Street in Toronto (the "Property") to Lanterra Parliament Developments Limited and 31 Parliament Distillery LP. Fasken advised on the sale of the Property, the formation of the purchasing limited partnership and all related matters.
