We are representing Reliance Construction of Canada Ltd. (“Reliance”) in a legal action against Akelius Montreal Ltd. (“Akelius”).
Akelius had retained Reliance as general contractor for a project known as “Plaza Peel.” Reliance requests that Akelius be ordered to pay it more than $2.4 million for the damages it sustained as a result of Akelius’s breach of contract, which delayed the project and ultimately forced it to terminate the construction contract for cause.
