University Health Network acquires 67 College Street, Toronto from Canadian Blood Services

In April, 2020, Fasken advised University Health Network (“UHN”) on the purchase of 67 College Street, Toronto, from Canadian Blood Services (“CBS”).  Fasken advised on all matters relating to the acquisition from the purchase agreement to a lease back of a portion of the premises to CBS. UHN was advised by a team comprising of Marty Emmons, Allyson Roy and Jennifer Parker.
