Extreme Venture Partners Fund II LP

On June 30, 2020, ThinkData Works Inc. completed a Series A financing with strategic investments by incumbent shareholder First Ascent Ventures NR I and Extreme Venture Partners as well as new investors including BDC Capital Yaletown Innovation Growth Limited Partnership. 

Fasken represented Extreme Venture Partners with a team consisting of Craig Brown, Reid Crombie and Jeff Dennis.
