On June 26, 2020, Fulcrum Management Solutions Ltd. dba Thoughtexchange (“Thoughtexchange”) completed the first close of a CAD$10 million unit financing round led by Information Ventures Partners with participation by Yaletown Partners and Voyager Capital. Thoughtexchange is the creator of a cloud-based SaaS platform that allows leaders to crowdsource answers to open-ended questions in real-time.
Fasken represented Thoughtexchange with a team that included Ally Bharmal and Cathy Jares (Private Equity & Venture Capital, Corporate/Commercial).
