On October 1, 2020, Sherweb, a global cloud solutions provider and winner of many industry awards and recognitions, has acquired C2 Innovations Inc., a Canadian IT leader specializing in integrated ITSM software solutions.
Fasken, with a team comprised of Denis Chaurette, Véronique Harvey-Bertrand and Oleg Stratiev (M&A) and Jane Jiaoyu Wu (Intellectual Property), acted as legal counsel to C2 in connection with the sale.
