Fasken were retained to advance an appeal from the dismissal of the Plaintiff’s action at trial, arising from a collision at an intersection in Vancouver. The Court of Appeal allowed the appeal, and found the Defendant 50% at fault for the accident, entitling the Plaintiff to an award of damages.
