Fasken was retained by a pharmaceutical manufacturer to assist in negotiating for the redaction of confidential business information to be released under Health Canada’s Public Release of Clinical Information initiative.
The Fasken team composed of Alain Leclerc, Dara Jospé and David McLauchlan were successful in having sensitive information redacted from the publicly released documents.
