Economical Insurance and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions entered into an agreement to provide Economical with access to its International Program Administration (IPA) platform.
Economical was the first insurer to enter into such an agreement with Swiss Re in North America. The IPA provides insurers with access to Swiss Re’s international network of more than 150 offices and partners, allowing Economical to deliver international insurance options to its customers.
Fasken provided IT and insurance regulatory advice during the agreement negotiations.
