On March 1, 2021, Mirego Inc., a firm that provides strategic advice and designs and develops custom digital solutions, with offices in Quebec City and Montreal, and Premier Tech Digital Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Premier Tech Limited, a Quebec flagship in horticultural products, automated systems and wastewater treatment technologies, joined forces to accelerate their growth and diversify their digital service offerings.
This union will help both businesses further differentiate by expanding their services and operations and accelerating their growth, both in Quebec and internationally.
Premier Tech Digital Limited is now a 70% shareholder of Mirego, which will keep its name and continue to be operated independently.
