In April 2021, eStruxture, a Canadian-owned cloud and carrier-neutral data center provider, acquired eight data centers, five in Toronto, two in Montreal and one in Vancouver, along with all customers and employees associated with the colocation business from Aptum Technologies’ a portfolio company of Digital Colony.
eStruxture’s legal team was led by Marie-Josée Lapierre, its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
