AGA Financial Group Inc.

On September 9, 2021, AGA Benefit Solutions, a leader in Québec in the development and administration of customized group insurance plans, and WBL Benefits and Actuarial, a Québec City company specialized in group insurance and actuarial services, announced the merger of their two companies in an effort to join forces.

This merger brings the number of AGA Benefit Solutions employees to 130, and the number of clients now served to over 1,600, which confirms the AGA’s leading position in group insurance in Québec.
