In November 2021, Fasken advised Rimap Development Ltd. ("Rimap Development") on its acquisition from Albert & Main Developments Inc. of part of the property municipally known as 400 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario for development as a hotel/residential tower, involving the severance of the property from the remainder of the parcel and the negotiation of a Joint Use and Maintenance Agreement.
