On January 3, 2022, STERIS Plc ("STERIS") completed the US$196.3 million sale to Evoqua Water Technologies of its renal business historically operated by Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and Cantel Medical LLC, subsidiaries of STERIS, as well as by affiliates including Cantel (Canada) Inc. and Medivators Inc. The sold business is headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota with 27 service and regeneration facilities in the United States and Canada.
