Canada Post Corporation successfully defended against a national policy grievance by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers ("CUPW"), alleging that the Corporation was estopped from correcting errors in the drive time values paid to certain Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers.
Jackie VanDerMeulen represented Canada Post Corporation at the arbitration for this grievance.
