On September 16, 2021, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") announced the acquisition of Avaleris Inc., an Ottawa-based firm focused on Microsoft Identity, Security and Cloud services. This acquisition will help PwC build additional depth and breadth to its cybersecurity and cloud services.
